Katja’s mining career spans more than 25 years across sites in the USA and South Africa. She is passionate about leading teams that develop products that deliver value to clients. Katja has also consulted for a tier 1 management consulting firm and worked for a Vancouver-based company that provides data, analysis, and training solutions for the mining industry. She holds a PhD in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines.
